At Vimitra, every apparel is crafted with care and undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. We request our customers to read the policy carefully before placing an order.

❌ No Refund Policy

• Vimitra does not offer refunds on any orders once placed.
• All sales are final.
• Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances, including :
• Size or fit issues
• Color variations due to lighting or screen resolution
• Change of mind or personal preference
• Delay caused by courier partners
• Sale or discounted items

🚫 Return / Exchange Policy

Returns are not accepted, except in the rare case of:

• Damaged product
• Defective product
• Incorrect product received

Conditions:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• A clear unboxing video is mandatory, showing the sealed package being opened
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags

After verification, we will offer:

• Replacement of the same product, or
• Store credit, if replacement is unavailable

👉 Refunds will not be issued in any case.

📦 Exchange Policy

• Exchanges for size, color, or design are not available
• Please refer to the size chart and product details carefully before placing an order

⚠️ Important Notes

• Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted
• Minor color differences are not considered defects
• Decisions taken by Vimitra regarding replacement or store credit will be final
